Saban Community Clinic has been awarded National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition Level 3.

Your own personal care team
Your personal care team puts together a total health plan for you, not only for treatment but for wellness programs, screenings, and behavioral health. We connect you to our specialist partners, such as surgeons. A case manager links you to any needed outside services like housing or job training.

Screenings that save lives, from cancer to HIV
Early detection of cancer and early treatment could save your life. We’ll suggest what screenings you need based on your age and lifestyle. Get tested for breast, colon and cervical cancer as well as HIV and Hepatitis A. Get early treatment and prevention if you’re at risk, including vaccinations. If you’re a senior, be sure you get a shingles vaccine! Protect your health in case of an epidemic or public health crisis.
From healthy pregnancy to healthy aging
Women who want to have healthy babies count on our OB/GYN and nutritional teams for pre-natal and post-natal care. Men and women over 60 come to us for healthy Whole Person aging which covers wellness, care for chronic conditions, vaccinations, diet, emotional issues and more. We make the highest standard of care accessible to everyone.

Don’t have insurance? Don’t worry.
You’ll receive the care you need, regardless of ability to pay or immigration status. You may be eligible for insurance. If so we will get you enrolled so you have health coverage, even if you’re not a U.S. citizen. There is even a no-cost LA County program (MyHealth LA) if you don’t qualify for MediCal, Covered California or Medicare.

Elvis and A&M Records made substantial donations in the 1960’s when we were the LA Free Clinic. Cheryl and Haim Saban gave $10 million in 2008. Jimmy Smits has done PSA’s for us. Our 2017 Dinner Gala honoring Ted Sarandos of Netflix and Peter Benedek of UTA raised $4.6 million, which was matched by the Sabans. From performers to executives, these are just a few examples of Hollywood’s support.
